What makes Fruit IQ different from other fruit rolls?

Each fruit roll is handmade from real organic dried fruit - no puree, no added sugars, no artificial flavors. Fruit IQ is cold processed, not cooked, and slow dried to retain all-natural flavors and vitamins. Fruit IQ is a good source of fiber.

How does Fruit IQ compare to other "healthy" fruit snacks?

Even “healthy” fruit snacks are typically loaded with juice, puree, added sweeteners, with many of the leading brands containing as much sugar as candy. You can see how we compare to the market leaders here.

Does Fruit IQ have any added sugar?

We do not add any sugar or artificial sweeteners to any of our products.

Is Fruit IQ USDA Certified Organic?

Yes, Fruit IQ is USDA Certified Organic.

Is Fruit IQ vegan?

Yes, we contain nothing but organic fruit and fiber. Fruit IQ is certified Vegan by Natural Food Certifiers.

Does Fruit IQ contain fiber?

Yes, Fruit IQ is a good source of fiber and contains 4 grams per roll.

What is apple fiber?

Apple fiber is a natural source of soluble and insoluble dietary fiber. It is made by removing the juice from the apple flesh and skin by a natural pressing process that retains pectin and flavor. The remaining apple solids are then dried and ground.

Is Fruit IQ keto and paleo friendly?

Yes, Fruit IQ is perfect for anyone on a paleo or low fat diet because it is made with USDA Certified Organic fruit.

Is Fruit IQ Kosher?

Yes, Fruit IQ is Kof-K Parve certified. 

Why is this more expensive than “regular” fruit rolls?

If you're not completely in love with Fruit IQ, we'll refund your order in full.

Do you have any samples?

We aren't able to send out any samples at the moment! But we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee in case you don’t love it. 

Do you have any coupons?

We currently don’t offer coupons but if you sign up for our newsletter, we will give you 10% off your first order. You can sign up here.

Subscriptions
Is there any minimum commitment for a subscription?

No obligation, you can modify or cancel your subscription at anytime.

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

In order to cancel your subscription, you will need to log in to your account. Click the subscriptions tab, then next to each of the products you are subscribed to is a cancel button. You would use this if you would like to no longer receive this subscription product.

How do I skip a subscription delivery?

Once logged in, click on Delivery Schedule on the left to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery you can click Skip to the right of each one.

How do I update subscription billing information?

In the Billing Information tab, you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. This is not the same as the shipping address. You edit the address in this section if something has changed for the card holder's place of residence or the email address on file.

How do I update my Subscription shipping address?

Once logged in, click on Subscriptions and click Edit to the right of the address. This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment.

Is there a discount on a monthly subscription?

Yes, there is a 10% discount each month if you subscribe.

What are your shipping options?

We only charge a flat rate of $7.95 for all shipping and handling, regardless of the size of your order. There are NO additional fees.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We don’t offer expedited shipping at this time.

How long will it take for my Fruit IQ to arrive?

Once you place your order, it will process within 2 business days. From there we’ll ship it out and send you your tracking number. Give your tracking number 24 hours to update once you receive it, and then you can follow your order on its way to you.

How do I track my package?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships out. Give that tracking number 24 hours to update once you receive it, and then you can follow your order on its way to you.

I didn’t receive my package, what should I do?

If your package has been marked as delivered but you don’t see it on your doorstep, e-mail us at info@fruitiq.com and we’ll help track it down!
